History:
Ritual was born out of the closing of Escondido in 2023. Escondido started as a 10 person tasting room inside of Centro, a Mexican restaurant in Minneapolis. Escondido ran from 2021-2023 doing 90 minute educational tastings of all agave spirits. Ritual is an attempt to evolve Escondido into a new version of understanding and enjoying agave spirits. We did some pop-ups in 2024 and are planning more.
